I'm looking for a model that you can use for the exterior measurements. I have heard that some are difficult to read in the sunlight or you can't see the laser if it is a long distance. Do you use yours on the exterior?

MSB uses what I understand is straight line depreciation. This makes it impossible for me to get the right Cost Approach number without backing into the number all the time. Is there any product out there that depreciates by line item?
